Academic Qualification Of Enrolling and Entering School

 

Australian academy and educational institution have certain enrolling conditions. And some courses limit the number of students.

 

The students who apply for studying in Australia must meet the requirements as below:

1．  Application for Senior Middle School Course (Subclass 571 student visa): The applicant has the academic career of Junior Middle school.

2．  Application for Undergraduate Course (Subclass 573 student visa): The applicant has the academic career of Senior Middle school or equivalent. The applicant meets the requirement of Subclass 573 Visa if he or she completes Grade-11 courses and registers to take the 1-year preparatory courses.

3．  Application for Masters and Doctors Course (Subclass 574 student visa): The applicant must provide the certification of Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or relevant academic career.

 

Requirements For English Level

 

Subclass 571 Visa Applicants who are over 16 years old must provide the original score report of IELTS 4.0

Other students visa applicant must provide the original score report of IELTS 5.0

 

Application Procedure

 

1.   Before applying for studying in Australia, You must get to know the concrete situation of Australia, such as the profile of the school, the requirements of enrolling, course arrangement and the beginning date and charges, etc.

2.   When choosing courses/subjects in some schools, you must provide the relevant certified materials according to the material list of the application school.

3.   The applied school will send an Offer of a Place in a Course after assessing and accepting the student’s conditions.

4.   The applicant submits the students visa application to the Australian Overseas Students Visa Centre and pays the application charge with the Offer of a Place in a Course.

5.   According to the notices of Australian Immigration department, the applicant must take the physical examination in the designated hospital, pay the charge and handle the entering formalities.

6.   The applicant offers the materials and credentials to the visa processing department.

7.   The applicant obtains the Australian Visa, and arranges the trip to Australia.

Private school: About AUD 15,000~23,000/year

English Course：

About AUD 250~350/week

Undergraduate Course：

Science and Engineering: About AUD 14,000~17,500/year

Law: About AUD 25,000/year

Medicine: Above AUD 30,000/year
