It was established by the first Chinese Australian lawyer of South Australia (David Lee) and pre-vise president of South Australian Law Committee (Malcolm Montgomery) and other several well-known lawyers together. David Lee now has become the CEO of Mont Campbell Investment Corporation which is short for MCIC.
